This executive journey provided Gui with extensive experience in highly complex organizational structures, leading large teams of hundreds of employees and holding C-Level positions. Fourteen years ago, he decided to shift his career towards Human and Organizational Development, quickly connecting with Organizational Culture and becoming a specialist in the field, with over 100 projects completed. In 2016, he became a partner and Director at Crescimentum, where he remained until December 31, 2024. Currently, he works as an independent consultant, advisor, mentor, speaker, and board member.
