I also act as an angel investor and entrepreneur, supporting innovative and sustainable businesses. I have worked at companies such as Banco do Nordeste (BNB), Petrobras Transporte S.A. (Transpetro), and Eletrobras Chesf, leading strategic and high-impact projects. My expertise includes Energy Regulation and Trading, Strategic Planning, Asset Management, Innovation, Business Transformation, Project Management, Economic and Financial Planning, and Asset Control. I have held leadership positions such as Executive Assistant, Superintendent, and Department Manager, driving initiatives that resulted in strategic changes and significant gains. Some of the most relevant projects I’ve led include: The implementation of Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), achieving savings of hundreds of millions of reais; Managing the SAP-IU Project, one of the largest technological implementation projects in Latin America; Asset management in the electricity sector, focusing on regulation and tariff review; Innovation and organizational transformation projects. I hold a degree in Accounting from the Federal University of Alagoas, a specialization in Public Management, an MBA in Business Management in the Electric Sector from FGV, and an MBA in TrendInnovation from Inova Business School. Additionally, I am certified as an Advisor by the Ecossistema Inova, enhancing my capabilities in strategic guidance and organizational innovation. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Psychology and studying Artificial Intelligence applied to innovation and management, focusing on integrating emerging technologies into the challenges of the energy sector.
