Miguel is a marketing and business development veteran with leadership roles at global companies in Consumer Goods (CPG/FMCG), Telco, Media, Digital and Mobile sectors across Europe and Latam. Executive Member since 1996, he has led large cross functional teams at Unilever, Portugal Telecom, Cesce (Spanish Government Entity), and now runs Vidmob (The creative data Company) for the Latam region. Miguel is a certified board Member and has been a consulting board advisor for a couple of family-owned businesses in Brazil (in drinks and fintech business verticals) and as a consultant has helped many companies in CPG, Telco and Digital ecosystem land in Latam. A native of Portugal, Miguel now lives in Sao Paulo for over 13 years with his wife and 3 children and 2 dogs. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Católica Lisbon Business & Economics University and an MBA at Unilever Four Acres Institute.Miguel also teaches Digital Marketing for MBA and post-MBA students at Inova Business School. Portuguese, English and Spanish fluent, reasonable French knowledge. In his spare time, Miguel volunteers as Vice President for an ONG Instituto Heleninha, an organization dedicated to helping poor children with cancer in Sao Paulo and two other NGO’s.
